Dr. Joshua Wiggins

Dr. Joshua Wiggins is a warm, personable orthodontist originally from Atlanta, Georgia, who is proud to serve patients throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. He brings a thoughtful blend of advanced clinical training, meticulous attention to detail, and genuine compassion to every smile he treats.

A proud double HBCU graduate, Dr. Wiggins earned his undergraduate degree from Howard University before completing his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College, where he graduated in the top ten of his dental class. He then pursued specialized orthodontic training at Case Western Reserve University, a globally recognized program known for clinical excellence and research innovation. There, he trained under leading clinicians and researchers from around the world, including experts from Greece, Italy, Brazil, and Japan; countries at the forefront of orthodontic research and biomechanics.

Dr. Wiggins combines this world-class education with a patient-centered philosophy rooted in clear communication, precision, and long-term stability. He believes that orthodontic care is not just about straightening teeth but about building confidence, enhancing function, and creating healthy, lasting smiles in a comfortable and supportive environment. Outside the office, Dr. Wiggins enjoys spending meaningful time with family and friends and staying active through basketball, football, hiking, and traveling abroad. A lifelong fan of sci-fi and fantasy, he loves diving into epic stories from universes like Star Wars, Marvel Cinematic Universe, and Harry Potter – a passion that reflects his curiosity, imagination, and appreciation for big-picture thinking.
