The Invisalign® system is a clear way to straighten your teeth and give you a smile of which you can be proud. It uses advanced, 3D computer-imaging technology to create your whole treatment plan from where your teeth are now to where they need to be. Then clear aligners are custom-made for your teeth.

Invisalign clear teeth aligners use gradual force to guide your teeth into the proper position without the need for metal wires and brackets. During your initial appointment, Dr. Henderson will scan your mouth to understand your current orthodontic needs. This scan also allows Dr.Henderson to develop your customized alignment plan. Dr. Henderson will divide your alignment plan into stages to provide efficient care. While you may not have a checkup at the end of every stage, you will visit our office periodically to ensure your teeth are moving in the correct position and you are not experiencing any pain or irritation. You will receive a custom-fit aligner made out of strong plastic material for each stage of your treatment plan or every two weeks for most patients. You will continue to receive new aligners until your teeth are in the correct position. Patients must wear their aligners for at least 20 hours every day. Your treatment time will depend on your orthodontic needs and the severity of your misalignment.
